i may never get to be taught by him
(he's ecology & biodiversity major's teaching staff, i take biology)
but he's the prof. that i've talked to the most
for all the weird coincidences...

he's got a friend that's a vet
he said his friend travelled around the world
stopping here and there to be a vet
and then re-enter the research field
somehow.... it just makes my heart ache.
yea.. i know it's a bit weird to post his pic up here
i don't know.. just felt like it
since it felt nice to talk to someone in just english
and he's got a VERY comfy room
with natural light from the big side windows
and a LOT of plants
and a fluffy octopus doll on his table top
that remains at the same position everytime i visit
oh and carpeted floors ( i like carpets)
i can't rmbr where he said he's from..
i think he said he worked in Poland before
and most importantly he's fine with me majoring biology
he acknowledges himself as a biologist.
which.. many ppl/teaching staff i've come across
keeps asking why i don't take ecology & biodiversity major..

Birding @ HKU

for 4th week of March:Science Festival

- we were trying to teach ppl about the common birds in HK
which we taught most of them which one kept waking them up at 5 am

now they know which one to shoot = = " poor Koel -- the nosiy alarm clock
our helpers helping out at the booth
well.. at the same time bird-watching (a.k.a "birding")
i have this SMALL urge to --push
i'm as evil as i'll always be
it really isn't that high

New term -- Digiscoping

This is for the 3rd week for March:Trip to Long Valley.
Digiscoping --
to take a picture using a digital camera focusing through a telescope.
Yea.. it actually works
my first try, so still a little blurry.
the pros can even take videos through telescopes XD
oh and i really like this bird (it's small but it does prey on other birds)
i just like violent things huh?
(p.s i liked it BEFORE they told me it hunt birds, which in telling me made me like it more XD)
